http://www.starfall.com/
This website encourages children to read and enforces their phonetic awareness. Through this website, the children are highly stimulated to learn phonics as the alphabets are animated and auditory. It also encouraged children to be independent learners without much help from the teachers and parents.
Not only does the website teach the fundamentals of English, there are also activities that reinforce reading slowly through the use of phonics. Beginner readers are able to find a variety of stories too to read on their own! This definitely boosts their self confidence! The website is really useful and entertaining for preschoolers!
